- All Spring 2020 and Summer 2020 permits have been terminated. Once we return to normal operations on campus, new parking permits will need to be requested by both students and employees through their parking portal. Parking permit sales dates will be determined and announced at that point. Until then, parking on campus remains free, but please abide by all other parking regulations such as not parking in fire lanes, reserved spaces without proper authorization, or disabled spaces without a state-issued disabled permit.
- Employees that have purchased a parking permit with cash, check, or credit card will be given a prorated refund in their May paycheck. This refund will equal the unused portion of their permit (March 14th - May 15th for semester permits and March 14th - Aug 7th for annual permits).
- Employees that paid via monthly payroll deductions: all deductions for March paycheck were stopped. For those still owing parking fees prior to March 16, these fees will be deducted from their April paycheck. Please know these April deductions will affect most employees, as February deduction did not pay for all of what was owed in March and some employees still owed for parking fees accrued prior to March 1st. Once a zero balance is achieved for any parking fees owed prior to going to online classes, no further deductions will take place until the employee chooses to purchase a new permit.
