Perpetual Permits

Beginning Fall 2024, employee permits will no longer expire unless the employee returns the permit. Employees will no longer need to repurchase permits each semester or year. Payments for permits will be on a monthly basis.

Permit Packs

Permit packs are the only permit option that will not be monthly recurring. These are sold by the semester. Permit packs have a one-time charge and expire at the end of each semester. Unused days do not roll over to the next semester.

Vehicles Per Permit

• Employees are allowed up to 3 vehicles on a permit. You may change these vehicles out at any time through the parking portal. Only one vehicle listed may be parked on campus at any given time.

500 Series Lots (free but registration required)

• If you have paid for any employee permit, that permit will allow you to park in 500 lots at any time. If you have not paid for a permit, you may register for a FREE 5S permit that will allow you to park in any 500 series lot, any time.

   

  Permit Payment Options

• Recurring Monthly Payments:
  • Payroll Deduction: First payment will be deducted from employee’s paycheck at end of month and will automatically deduct from all future paychecks until permit is returned.  You may do this through the parking portal online or at the Parking office.

  • Recurring Credit Card Charge: Payment is made at beginning of month and automatically charges at beginning of every month thereafter until returned. You may do this through the parking portal online or at the Parking office.

     

• Manual Monthly Payments via Cash or Check: Must be made in-person. If choosing this option you must make a new payment every month.

• If returned between the 1^st – 10^th of the month
  • Payroll deduction will stop and there will be no charge for parking at the end of the month. 
  • Recurring Credit card charges will stop and be given a full refund for the current month.
  • Cash or Check payments will be given a full refund for the month. 
• No Refunds if returned after the 10^th day of the month
  • Payroll deduction: Will charge for the full month and then stop. 
  • Recurring Credit card charge: No refund, but will stop future charges. 
• Returning a Permit

To return a permit, the employee MUST contact the UCCS Parking Office.
