Charter Bus and Golf Cart Reservations and Information

Bus Charters

Due to current social distancing requirements we are unable to provide Charter bus service at this time.

 

For additional details please email Transportation Services at Trans@uccs.edu.  The rates as of August 24, 2018 are as follows:

  Wait time - all buses               $25                $25

We require all groups reserving charters to complete a passenger list prior to shuttle departure and include ALL passengers on each shuttle in case of an emergency.  Please click HERE for fillable PDF version of passenger list or HERE for Excel version.  This form must be emailed to the Police Dispatch, the Assistant Transportation Manager, and the Transportation Manager at the emails provided on the form.

The only payment method Transportation Services is allowed to accept is the University Speed Type Number.  No cash, checks, money orders, debit cards or credit cards are accepted.

 

Golf Carts

Due to current social distancing requirements we are unable to provide Golf Carts at this time.

 

Reservations for four and six passenger Golf Carts no longer need to go thru Transportation Services.  Groups needing four or six passenger carts must go directly thru an external vendor to make reservations and to set up payment.
