Charter Bus and Golf Cart Reservations and Information
All Charter Bus requests must be made through Easy Rent Pro. Charters are not finalized until all parties have signed the contract for service. All charters must be billed to a University of Colorado Speed Type. No other payment options can be accepted. At a minimum, each charter must be for three hours - one hour to cover the Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections and at least two hours to cover the drive time.
The general rates as of August 26th, 2024 are shown below. There are additional costs if the charter goes after 4pm Monday through Friday, occurs on a weekend or UCCS observed holiday. For additional details please email Transportation Services at Trans@uccs.edu.

We require all groups reserving charters to complete and submit a passenger list prior to shuttle departure and include ALL passengers on each shuttle in case of an emergency. Campus groups must make 4 and 6 passenger golf cart reservations with outside vendors. The UCCS 14 passenger carts are no longer available for general reservations. Further inquiries regarding these specific carts can be emailed to tours@uccs.edu
