Important Parking Information
All UCCS parking lots require a parking permit. The permit should be purchased prior to the first day of each semester in order to avoid citations while parking on campus. There is NO "grace period." There is no longer a need to come to the Parking Office to pick up the physical permit after purchase. Parking permits are now virtual permits, which is your license plate(s). Up to 3 license plates can be registered under one permit. However, only one of these listed vehicles can be parked on campus at the same time.
Permit Refunds
Faculty and staff may return their semester or annual permit for a pro-rated refund throughout the semester. The payroll deduction will be stopped ONLY upon the employee contacting the Parking Office directly. In order to stop payroll deduction, the employee should contact the Parking Office by the tenth (10) day of the month within the month they want the deduction to stop. Permits returned on the 11th day of each month or after will have a full deduction and will not be offered a prorated refund. Employees who have elected payroll deduction are responsible for the entire amount of the permit, whether or not they use the permit for a given semester, unless they have contacted the Parking Office to have the payroll deduction stopped.
Employee Permit Pricing
Starting during the Fall 2023 semester, employees who earn less than $70k/annually receive a 10% discount on all employee permit prices.
You are automatically placed into a Discount Tier based on data that we receive from HR. If you do not agree with the Discount Tier you have been placed into, please contact the Parking Office at parking@uccs.edu.
